Welcome to SponsorRadar ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website (https://sponsor-radar.pages.dev) and our creator intelligence database services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Services and Subscriptions
SponsorRadar provides a curated database of active advertising sponsors, decision-maker contacts, and outreach templates for content creators, publishers, and media agencies. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via our Merchant of Record partners (Dodo Payments / Lemon Squeezy).
3. User Accounts and Fair Use
You agree not to share your account credentials or scrape/resell our verified contact databases in bulk to third parties. Single-seat licenses are intended for one individual or publication team.
4. Payments, Billing & Taxes
All fees are quoted in USD. When you subscribe, our Merchant of Record handles payment processing, VAT/GST compliance, and billing. You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your billing portal.
